I was utterly disappointed with my stay. Not only were the USB ports far and few between, but the pool was ice cold! I mean, seriously, couldn't anyone have made it warmer? And to top it off, I was never offered a complimentary breakfast, despite my expectations. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the charming Art Deco style of Courtyard Keene Downtown, which added character to my stay. The hotel had accessible common areas that made moving around easy, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating.
Signage for parking could be improved.

The hotel's layout includes an indoor swimming pool and well-equipped gym, perfect for downtime. The location boasts numerous dining options and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore.
Beds are excessively high, posing a potential safety issue for kids. The absence of a bathtub made bathing small children tricky, and the limited USB ports fell short for a family with multiple devices. Additionally, the shower design lacked a door, which made it a bit chaotic during bath time. Finding additional parking can also be a challenge, especially with limited signage.

If you're looking for local eats, Keene's got it! The Kilkenny Pub serves up hearty fare just a stone's throw away, making it a perfect pit stop after a long day. Don't miss out on Local Burger for some mouth-watering bites. The hotel managed to charm me with its clean vibe and the front desk folks were a breath of fresh air.
Parking was a bit of a puzzle at first, and we had the breakfast package, but the staff seemed a little lost about it. Plus, that king-sized bed felt harder than I’d have liked. Still, all in all, our stay had its shiny moments!

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed. The room was spacious enough for a family, and the bedding was super comfortable. Everything felt pretty clean too. Just wish the curtains actually blocked out more light. they were pretty thin. Also, the shower design could’ve used a door—made things a bit messy. Overall, it was a decent place for a weekend getaway, but little things could improve the experience.

During my stay at Courtyard, I found the atmosphere refreshing and the décor charming, especially the Art Deco style. The hotel provided ample common areas which facilitated easy movement and interaction. Additionally, the check-in process was efficient and the staff readily offered excellent local dining recommendations. I also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee area in the lobby, perfect for quick refreshments.
The pool temperature was colder than expected.

Couple highly recommend it
The location was great easy access to everything we needed like shops and restaurants and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a delightful breakfast with banana bread French toast that was out of this world warm and sweet just like I like it.
It wasn't the cheapest stay but nothing we couldn’t handle.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend rest in Keene with great value for money. The staff helped us quickly find great local spots to eat, which made our trip even better. Remember to check in early to avoid the rush.

The common areas impressed with a refreshing and charming decor, especially the Art Deco style, which added a bit of local flair. Having access to complimentary snacks and two waters in the room felt like a nice touch after a long drive, and the spacious feel of the room made it comfortable for our group.
The pool was a letdown, significantly cooler than I’d expected for a warm indoor dip, especially in winter. Beds were excessively high, raising concern for my younger kids—I'd worry about a toddler rolling off at night. A shower without a door posed challenges during bath time, making things a little chaotic, especially with a toddler who seemed eager to explore. Also, finding extra parking when the main lot is full could use better signage.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a good experience with friendly front desk staff during check-in. The location was perfect for exploring local shops. However, be aware that the pool was colder than expected, which was disappointing. Consider confirming pool temperatures before your stay for a better experience.
